Group Leader Position for Immunomonitoring Core Facility
Group leader for the immunomonitoring and FACS sorting core facility in Erlangen
We are looking for a new faculty member (Ph.D., M.D.) as a group leader for the immunomonitoring and FACS sorting core facility in the context of our Collaborative Research Center SFB 643 "Strategies of Cellular Immune Intervention" in Erlangen, Germany. Further information on center here.
The main responsibility is to promote and coordinate the high level cellular immunomonitoring of our ongoing Dendritic Cell vaccination trials as well as the upcoming adoptive T cell and B cell therapy trials. Examples are single cell FACS sorting, cloning and functional characterization of T cells including TCR characterization and transcriptome analyses.
